Hope your Holidays were well and the New
Year is treating you right. This past year has been very busy and very
fruitful, as we performed four Entered Apprentice initiations, two
Fellow Craft conferrals, and raised two men to the degree of Master
Mason. Further growth included a new member via affiliation by transfer
and two reinstatements. It seems like only yesterday that James Coplan
took the lodge reins as Master but it is time to install the new
officers for 2012.
A terrific day is planned as we install the new leadership on Saturday,
January 14th, and since it will be an “Open” meeting, everyone is
invited to attend and bring family and friends. In anticipation of a
large crowd, our Super Chefs are preparing a delicious meal of lasagna
with all of the fixings. This will be served at noon and the lodge will
open at 1:00PM. After a brief business meeting of Master Masons,
everyone will be asked into the hall while Bro. Clarence Daugherty,
Installing Officer and his Marshal lead the induction of our 2012
officers. This is one of the rare ceremonies that non-Masons are invited
to attend and should be very interesting for everyone. Please plan on
joining us.

The appointed positions will be announced Saturday. If you will be
installed, please make sure that you attend and are dressed
appropriately as this is part of the requirements for the Excellency
Award for 2012 that we are working towards.
